The Nepal Army held a military parade and display during the ‘Phulpati Badhai’ ceremony at Tundikhel on Thursday as part of the Dashain festivities. The event featured a mix of traditional and military elements, including a helicopter dropping flower petals, the playing of the Nepali national anthem, and musical performances.
Rifle drills and an artillery display were also demonstrated. Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Chief Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut, Speaker Devraj Ghimire, Chairman of the National Assembly Narayan Prasad Dahal, along with several ministers, Members of Parliament, and heads of constitutional bodies, attended the event.
