Three individuals including Aarti Sah’s brother Prem Sah defied the imposed restrictions and burnt the ‘Restricted Area’ banner in Maitighar Mandala, resulting in their arrest.
Following the government’s declaration of Maitighar as a prohibited area, demonstrators were instructed to relocate their sit-in to Shantibatika. However, they were barred from protesting at Shantibatika as well and were moved to Bhrikutimandap this morning.
