Nepali Congress-affiliated student organization Nepal Student Union staged a demonstration today against Ncell, expressing concerns about irregularities in the telecom company’s operations.

This comes amidst ongoing opposition from both ruling and opposition party fraternal organizations against Ncell.

Allegations state that Ncell’s share prices were undervalued, leading to current claims that state agencies are now attempting to prevent the undervalued sale by considering the nationalization of Ncell’s ownership, six years after the alleged irregularities.
