A helicopter crash occurred today in the Shivapuri hills of Nuwakot district, resulting in the deaths of all five individuals on board. The helicopter, identified by the call sign 9N-AJD and operated by Air Dynasty, was en route from Kathmandu to Rasuwa.

The helicopter departed from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) at 1:54 PM and was headed towards Syafru Besi in Rasuwa. According to police reports, the aircraft lost contact just three minutes after takeoff, around Surya Chaur in Nuwakot district.

The helicopter collided with a hill at Surya Chaur-7 in the Nuwakot district. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene immediately upon receiving reports of the crash. Despite the prompt response, all five people on board were found dead.
