254 Nepali citizens who were stranded in Israel have been safely brought back by the government.

Foreign Minister NP Saud, along with other government officials, went for the citizens in Israel, including students who had participated in the Earn and Learn program.

Upon his return to Nepal, Foreign Minister Saud provided a briefing at the Tribhuvan International Airport, assuring that the government remains committed to facilitating the return of other citizens as needed. He emphasized that this effort will encompass regular flight services.

“Nepali citizens will be repatriated, whether by regular or special flights. The government is fully dedicated to this cause,” he stated.

A total of 503 individuals had applied for repatriation, with 254 successfully brought back.
