Resham Lal Chaudhary, who was sentenced to life in prison for instigating a mob and launching premeditated attacks on police during the 2015 Tikapur incident, has been released today.
On Republic Day, Chaudhary has been released from prison after receiving a presidential pardon from President Ram Chandra Paudel on the Council of Ministers’ recommendation.
