Patan residents in Baitadi get a holiday to welcome President Bhandari

President Bidhya Devi Bhandari is all set to visit Baitadi tomorrow to inaugurate the new building of Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) at Patan Municipality-2 of Baitadi.

Patan Municipality of Baitadi has announced a public holiday to welcome the President.

Likewise, the municipality is also organizing several programs, including a citizens’ greetings program.

Patan Municipality Chief Keshab Bahadur Chand informed that the municipality has announced a holiday for tomorrow since the President will be arriving in the municipality for the first time.

“Our honorable President is coming to our municipality for the first time. We have decided to announce a public holiday throughout the municipality for her welcome,” Chand said.
