Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai has been arrested on Sunday from Bhaktapur.
Prasai was arrested after an arrest warrant was issued under the Electronic Transactions Act by a team from the Cyber Bureau, with the assistance of the District Police Complex Bhaktapur.
Following a complaint filed against him at the Cyber Bureau, the District Court of Kathmandu authorized the police to arrest and investigate Prasai.
