Bansbari land grab case arrestees including Arun Chaudhary’s remand extended two days

The Kathmandu District Court has granted an additional two-day extension to the remand of businessman Arun Kumar Chaudhary and two others in connection with the alleged embezzlement of 10 ropani land belonging to the Bansbari Leather and Shoes Factory.

A single bench presided over by Judge Yagya Prasad Acharya approved the two-day police remand for the three accused: Arun Chaudhary, Ajit Narayan Singh Thapa, and Sanjay Thakur.

Panthi stated, “This extension allows for further investigation into the alleged embezzlement of land linked to Bansbari Leather and Shoes Factory.”
