A permanent resident of Dullu-3, Dailek has succumbed to coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The 45-years-old male was referred to Provincial Hospital, Surkhet by Dullu Hospital, Dailekh on June 17 after having asthma problem.
His swab sample was collected on June 17 and his test report came positive on June 18.
The man passed away on June 22 at 9:30 pm while undergoing treatment in isolation.
