The National Examination Board (NEB) has released it schedule to conduct Grade XII (supplementary) make-up examination on January 16 and 17.
Students who received low GPA in the results published last Friday will be allowed to take the grade make-up supplementary examination.
The Board has informed that the candidates who have obtained C Plus or above grade in all other subjects and obtained C or D Plus grade in the remaining two subjects can sit for the make-up test in one of the two subjects.
Similarly, candidates that have obtained D Plus or above grade in all other subjects and have obtained D or E grade in any two subjects at most or who are absent can take the grade promotion examination in those two subjects.
The exams will be conducted from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Candidates who fulfill the criteria will be allowed to take the test of only two subjects at most.
Students who want to participate in the examination will have to fill the application form by January 2 after being certified by the concerned schools’ principal. As per the notice issued by the Board, candidates must submit their application form to respective schools by January 6 with double (examination) fee.
Similarly, the concerned schools are required to submit the students’ forms to the Board by January 10. Candidates whose results have been canceled will not be allowed to participate in the make-up examination.
