A permanent resident of Dullu-11, Dailekh who was staying in quarantine in Nepal Telecom building, Dailekh died yesterday.

According to Ministry of Health and Population Spokesperson, Dr Bikash Devkota, his swab samples was sent for the test which was positive.

Meanwhile, 2-years-old girl who came to Nepal from India with her parents 8 days ago has also succumbed to coronavirus infection during her treatment at 2:30 am today.

The family was staying in Bajura-based quarantine. She was sent to Bajura Hospital after severe fever, respiratory problem and diarrhea on May 28.

Her swab sample was collected on May 29 and sent to Seti-based laboratory for coronavirus test which was positive.
