KP Sharma Oli has been sworn in as Prime Minister of Nepal for the fourth time. The oath of office and secrecy was administered by President Ramchandra Paudel at Shital Niwas.

President Paudel appointed Oli as Prime Minister on Sunday in accordance with Article 76 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal, following a strong partnership and claim submitted by the Congress and UML parties.

Following Oli’s swearing-in, 21 ministers, including two deputy prime ministers, took their oaths. The deputy prime ministers appointed are Prakash Man Singh from Congress, who will handle Urban Development, and Bishnu Paudel from UML as Finance Minister.

Deepak Khadka has been appointed as Minister of Energy, Ajay Chaurasia as Law Minister, Ainbahadur Shahi as Forest Minister, and Tejulal Chaudhary as Youth and Sports Minister.

Ramesh Akhtar has been appointed as the Minister of Home Affairs, while Arju Rana as Foreign Minister. Additional Congress appointees include Shekhar Koirala as Health Minister, Badri Pandey for Tourism, and Ramnath Adhikari for Agriculture.

Prithvisubba Gurung has been appointed as Minister of Communications, and Rajkumar Gupta as Minister of Federal Affairs and General Administration. Other appointees include MP Manveer Rai as Defense Minister, Balaram Adhikari as Minister of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation, and Damodar Bhandari as Minister of Industries, Commerce, and Supplies, Vidya Bhattarai as Education Minister, and Devendra Dahal as Minister of Physical Infrastructure. Sharadsingh Bhandari has been appointed as Minister of Labor, Navalkishore Sah Sudi as Minister of Women, Children, and Senior Citizens, and Pradeep Yadav as Water Minister.
