The government has approved the establishment of embassies in 8 countries, including 5 in Europe, in response to the rising demand for foreign employment. These embassies in Portugal, Romania, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia, Maldives, Poland, and Turkey are set to assist the rising number of Nepalese residents with essential consular services.

In a comprehensive two-day meeting chaired by Prime Minister Dahal, 47 key points were addressed to manage safe and dignified foreign employment effectively. Deputy PMs, Defense, Home Ministers, other key officials, ambassadors, delegations, and reporters were present for the decision-making meeting.
