Are public toilets in Kathmandu Valley gender-friendly?

75% of our female respondents said they are concerned about their safety when using a public toilet.

Their first concern is hygiene, and second concern is privacy.

A majority of public toilets in Kathmandu Valley do not have provisions to dispose sanitary pads safely.
